The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) is a non-stock, non-profit organization committed to re-shaping the future by enabling non-government, private voluntary, and people's organizations into sectors capable of democratizing development initiatives. RAFI's main program strategies are community organizing, networking, and advocacy. Partnership and collaboration with other sectors and institutions gained the Foundation a positive experience that much can be achieved if team work and synergy are enhanced.
The RAFI website home page has a list of recent updates and on the sidebar, you can find a poll chart for the latest poll from the forums. And oh, the latest thread and closest upcoming event, too. The ad box on the upper right is user-customizable and so are the image links under the navigation on the left. The layout was finalized way back August 2007 and was mostly based on their ideas and a layout of a beta version of their site.
Asides from the update listing and forum, the web site also accomodates resource/room booking requests for the conference rooms and lodging accomodations at the Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center (EADSC).
